Two Books All Canadians Should Read
Reads for Everyone, Also
What I am reading right now – “Namwayut” by Chief Robert Joseph which followed “Five Little Indians” by Michelle good.
I would recommend these as two books all Canadians and everyone should read. If you have been struggling to understand what and where “reconciliation” should start, it starts with these books.
Give them a try.
Ever wondered what Reconciliation actually means?
Chief Robert Joseph’s book “Namyut” is an excellent introduction to the concept. It’s written in a friendly, easy-to-understand style, and provides plenty of examples of how reconciliation can be used to resolve conflicts.
If you’re looking for a way to understand Reconciliation and how it can benefit your life, this is the book for you
You won’t believe the powerful story of Five Little Indians
This book is a must-read for anyone interested in Canada’s dark history. It tells the story of five characters who escaped or were released or rescued from residential schools. It’s a heartbreaking and eye-opening read, but it’s also full of hope.
I couldn’t put it down and I know you won’t be able to either. Click here to order your copy today.
Please note: My opinions are my own. Everyone is different and may expect something different from their readings than me.
